​Our public courses run at neutral venues across the country and online, where you can place yourself or your employees on one day or half day courses with other like minded professionals.  The public course platform offers delegates the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills in a safe, comfortable and interactive environment. Our research has highlighted the need for professionals to break away from their desks, engage with other professionals also looking to grow and develop and attend courses which focus on  peer to peer learning as well as traditional training methods. These classes are specifically designed to encourage our delegates to meet other like minded individuals, enabling them to share experiences, learnings and advice. 

All of our content is tailored to the individuals attending the session through our pre-training questionnaire, which allows our trainers to create a bespoke session plan, identify individual needs and focus on delegate goals.  Our online sessions have a maximum of 6 delegates, all partnered with an experienced soft skills trainer who will ensure the content delivered is relatable and relevant.
