​The training course was half a day and done online, due to the current situation. That said it was as good and professional as any training done face to face. All our points were listened to and discussed and Anna wouldn't reject any ideas or points. I really enjoyed the training and the way it was delivered, it helped that Anna was able to adapt to everyone's learning styles which helped me and the others take it all in.

Our company recently invited Growth Academy to conduct some training in Communicating effectively with Assertiveness. This training would usually have taken place in our training room, however due to the current lock down, Anna facilitated this online. The training session was really interesting and opened my eyes to new methods of communicating and working with both internal and external contacts. Anna-Marie was very thorough with her direction during the training, and explained everything to a very professional level. ​

Anne-Marie's ability to distill training material down to critical focus areas, combined with her engaging style, made her sessions really popular with our learners.
